Wage: Starting pay is $15, depending on experience and certification(s).
Hours: 30 to 40 hrs/wk M-F business hours and PRN evenings/weekends
Job Requirements: Lenity expectations are to provide exceptional building and grounds maintenance and service to ensure quality work and building upkeep while interacting with residents, co-workers, and guests in a pleasant, courteous, and respectful manner. Must accurately maintain the Maintenance Repair/Service Log to independently notate, schedule, track, and record completion of routine testing, maintenance, and repair tasks in all resident apartments to ensure compliance in overall resident care practices and responsibilities, according to Company protocol, Federal, State, and Local rules and regulations. Incumbent must possess a variety of semi-skilled work experience on building equipment operation to properly maintain, repair, and/or enlist external assistance to ensure equipment and building systems remain in good working condition to consistently provide a clean, safe, and pleasing environment.
Ability and skill to provide technical support, product information, research and quality assurance relating to building equipment and systems. Qualified candidates must possess motivation, skill, and ability to learn and adapt to daily demands and circumstances; contribute his/her knowledge and experience to the team and demonstrate strong work ethics.
Preferred: Previous two (2) plus year’s work experience in a geriatric environment or other related work experience.
