Community Liaison

Lenity Senior Living breathes compassion and life into every aspect of assisted living (45 apartments) and memory care (26 apartments). Lenity is locally owned/operated in Caldwell, Idaho and has rapidly become the place of choice. Hours: Full-time, M-F business hours and PRN evenings/weekends for community events

Job Requirements: Lenity Community Liaison expectations are to productively build and foster exceptional community relationships within the Canyon County healthcare delivery systems, providers, and other partnering agencies and organizations to promote and increase resident referrals. Actively participate in resident admissions, community events both internal and external, and creatively design and write Company Newsletters and various other marketing materials.

Seeking vibrant, energetic candidates that possess motivation, skill, and ability to learn and adapt to daily demands and circumstances; contribute his/her knowledge and experience to the team; and demonstrate strong work ethics. Incumbent must possess strong academic written and analytical skills; compelling inter-relational communication techniques; proven analytical and critical thinking competency; and meticulous attention to details, follow-through, and accuracy. Proficient computer literacy, social media aptitude, and general office skills.

Higher education preferred with emphasis in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field of study and/or a minimum of (3) years equivalent related work experience. Experience in the field of geriatrics a plus.

Must be able to pass/obtain CPR and First Aide certification, Food & Safety Handlers certification, and a “clear” criminal background check. Prefer a valid CDL driver’s license and Medication Administration certification to transport passengers on Company bus.
